How to pick up the keys and enter the room 

Here's how you can pick up the keys at Joker Grocery store (address Schweigaardsgate 4), just a short walk from our Oslo Airbnb apartments and Oslo Central Station, see directions below:

From Oslo Central Station, follow the signs to Oslo Buss Terminal / Schweigaards gate / Galleri Oslo, see pictures below.

After the pink bridge outside Oslo Central Station, you'll see a Joker store on your right hand, see pictures below. The address is Joker Schweeigaardsgate 4. The store is located between Oslo Bus Terminal and Galleri Oslo, after the pink bridge. They are open 24/7.

At the Joker store, provide the 6 digits code we have sent you via Airbnb. Ask the staff and they will help you.

When you have the keys, continue through the Galleri Oslo / Bus terminal building (it's a loooong building). When outside, follow the directions below:

Then take the elevator up to floor 4 and turn right, then left. The apartment is the one with the welcome-doormat. Your room is in front and the bathroom is on the right side. The other parts of the apartment are private, see pictures below.
